Orange Jordan Celebrates with Jordan’s 80th Independence Day
In a scene that captures the depth of its connection to the national history, Orange Jordan commemorated the 80th Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which falls on 25th May 2026, through a suite of exclusive offers. In addition, the company sponsored the festive events hosted by the Boulevard - Abdali, to share Jordanians’ joy and pride on this precious national occasion.
On this day, Orange Jordan employees joined the celebrations in a lively atmosphere full of musical and artistic activities and performances, expressing their loyalty in this national occasion and signifying the company's national identity and its unwavering dedication to the people of the Kingdom.
Furthermore, the company changed its network name to "ISTIQLAL80" to accompany its customers on this occasion, while adding the official logo for the 80th anniversary of Independence to Orange Money, the electronic wallet owned by Orange Jordan. This comes in line with the company’s slogan "Orange is Here", and its commitment to innovation as a trusted digital partner, along with highlighting the noble values of independence represented by sovereignty, dignity, and national unity.
In parallel, the company launched a commercial campaign, coinciding with the occasions of Independence Day, Army Day, and Eid al-Adha, that includes exclusive offers for mobile, broadband, and VAS subscribers. This included a special offer on 5G devices with a one-month free charges postpaid line for Jordanian Armed Forces with “Humat Al Watan” lines. Also, customers will get an additional 50% when redeeming “Max it” points to purchase mobile devices from Orange shops throughout the campaign.
The company also offered internet bundles at a special price when purchasing via “Max it” or Orange Money applications. Moreover, as part of its Fiber promotion, it unlocked a unique opportunity for a free “FIFA World Cup 2026” subscription on "TOD by beIN" through its eShop or “Max it” app. With respect to VAS, digital content, and entertainment services, customers can enjoy a free subscription to the “Ring Back Tone” service during the national celebrations, as well as a free limited-time subscription to the “Emani” service, on top of exclusive offers on “Angami” subscriptions.
