أبوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات- العراق توقّع مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون في الخدمات الاستشارية

وقّعت شركة أبوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات -العراق مذكّرة تفاهم مع الأستاذ أحمد عماد حميد، وذلك بهدف تعزيز التعاون بينهما مستقبلا فيما يتعلّق بنشاطات وخدمات الاستشارات.

 

وتفاهم الطرفان على اعتماد الأستاذ حميد ضمن قاعدة الخبراء في جمهورية العراق بخصوص عقد وتنفيذ عدة نشاطات، ومنها تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية في مجالات (الخدمات البنكية والمصرفية، وتأسيس المصارف الإسلامية والتجارية من النواحي المحاسبية والمالية، والإدارة المالية للمؤسسات المالية والمصرفية)، إلى جانب المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ العطاءات والمشروعات ذات الصلة بمجالات اختصاصه وخبراته المهنية.

 

ويعدّ الأستاذ أحمد حميد من المصرفيين أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءة العالية، وقد شغل مواقع مالية تنفيذية متقدّمة في عدة مؤسسات عراقية وازنة.

 

 

 

Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting – Iraq Signs Memorandum of Understanding

 

to Enhance Cooperation in Consulting Services

 

 

 

 

 

BAGHDAD - Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mr. Ahmad Imad Hamid to strengthen future collaboration in the field of consulting services.

 

Under the MoU, the two parties agreed to include Mr. Hamid in the expert database in the Republic of Iraq for implementing various activities, including providing consulting services in the areas of banking and financial services, the establishment of Islamic and commercial banks from accounting and financial perspectives, and financial management for banking and financial institutions, in addition to participating in the preparation and execution of tenders and projects related to the fields of his specialization and professional expertise.

 

Mr. Hamid is a highly experienced and accomplished banker who has held senior executive financial positions at several prominent Iraqi institutions.
